Symptom

  • You have configured the SAP Contact Center to start an automatic wrap-up after a call has ended.
  • The wrap-up is also including a timer which is displayed in the CRM Interaction Center and the wrap-up mode and timer only ends after hitting the "End" button in the toolbar.
  • You would like for the wrap-up to automatically end after X amount of time.
