2151615 - Compensation: Executive Review- The fields Manager First Name and Manager Last name are not showing up in Executive Review

In order to show Manager First Name and Manager's Last Name fields in executive review it is not sufficient to add them via column designer.  The client will need to file a change request
so we can change the template xml

The following xml needs to be updated: includeMgrLastName="true" includeMgrFirstName="true" in the <comp-include section.
