Symptom

While trying to load package from SPAM through "Load Packages" "from Front End" option, following error is thrown:

Could not determine detailed information for ''
Message No. TN725

Diagnosis
A SAPGUI error occurred when calling the function module GUI_GET_FILE_INFO.

Procedure

Install the latest version of the SAPGUI.
