2151704 - Best Practices for Spend Tracking feature (Sunshine Act / Open Payments in US)

Symptom

You want to implement the Spend Tracking function. There are some best practices to follow and some information to know in order to avoid mistakes and optimize the processes.

Environment

The Spend tracking feature is available in the Web Dynpro ABAP interface for Travel (WD UI, Note 2097802) and in the transaction PR05 (Note 2219064). It is available from the first release EA-HRGXX 604 to the latest release (currently EA-HRGXX 6.08).

Check in the note the corresponding Support Package according to your release.
