Symptom

A delta request remains "yellow" and the information within the "Status" tab reads "Information was stored in the source system. (...) The system has written an application log in the source system."

When analyzing the application log (SLG1) in the source system, you find the following corresponding message: 

There is a discrepancy between the confirmation and deletion of qRFC-LUWs
