Symptom

  • Two ASE servers are at the same version

  • Server19 received error 12314:

Error: 12314, Severity: 21, State: 2
Bad child page pointer found on page 16460033 of index with id 7 of table 'P2M' in database 'p2'. Expected child page pointer to be 0 but found 16714275. Check if the index is consistent using DBCC.

  • Server13 did not receive any errors
  • Both the databases were loaded from the same source
  • Server 19 has traceflag -T7773 enabled
