2151997 - CIF Deltareport : Error /SAPAPO/CIF141 and Timeout

Symptom

In SCM system, when running CIF Deltareport for one or more objects the error /SAPAPO/CIF141 is displayed with text - Error when reading data from SAP R/3 for object type -
There is also a TIME_OUT runtime error that occurs in the connected ECC system.
