2152167 - Others Rating Tab is not displayed in the form - Performance Management

Although the Managerhas provided comments on the form, the Others Rating tab is not appearing in the PM form.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Go to the affected performance form;
2. Scroll down to the Objectives Section;
3. You will not be able to see Other's Rating tab for objectives section in all the steps.

The others-ratingtab-permission in the PM XML template is disabled, as the below example:

For Partner and Product Support only

1. Download the affected PM Form Template XML file in Provisioning;
2. Go to the meta section of the form <fm-meta>
3. Configure the others-ratingtab permission for the desired roles
4. Change the permission type from 'none' to 'enabled', as the example below

   <role-name>*</role-name>
   <route-step stepid="*"/>
   </others-ratingtab-permission>
   </fm-meta>
   
   
5. Save the template in provisioning and launch a new form and check the Others Rating Tab. Now the Other’s Rating tab is displayed.
