2152273 - System Monitoring: Error occurred when calling the DPC Push web service

Symptom

Many metrics are missing in the Technical Monitoring for all hosts.

In the SMD Agent log named "dpc.log", you find the following:

<timestamp> [Thread[ExRun:dpc:job_3,5,dpc:job:ExecTG]] Error [DPCServicePushMetricJob.pushSimpleEvents] Error occurred when calling the DPC Push web service. (http://<Solution Manager FQDN>:<port>/sap/bc/srt/scs/sap/e2e_dpc_push?sap-client=<client>).
[EXCEPTION]
java.rmi.RemoteException: Service call exception; nested exception is:
com.sap.engine.services.webservices.jaxrpc.exceptions.InvalidResponseCodeException: Invalid Response Code: (401) Unauthorized. The requested URL was:"http://<Solution Manager FQDN>:<port>/sap/bc/srt/scs/sap/e2e_dpc_push?sap-client=<client>"
