2152347 - Execute Payment Tab Is Disabled / Grayed Out

You are not able to execute the payment proposal as the Execute Payment tab is grayed out.

1. Go to the Payables work center.
2. Go to the Automatic Payments view.
3. Select the Payment ID ABC (ABC refers to the Payment ID) and choose Execute Payment tab.

Here you can see that Execute Payment tab is grayed out.

The Execute Payment tab is grayed out due to the reason that the payment proposal is considered inconsistent and therefore not ready for execution.

1. Go to Payables work center.
2. Go to Automatic Payments view.
3. Select the Payment ID ABC and click on Edit tab.
4. Click on Check tab.
5. Now click on Execute Payment tab.

System will enable the Execute Payment button and you will able to execute the payment proposal.
If the payment is consistent, you will be able to post the payment. If the payment is inconsistent, you need to check and correct the related information message (either the warning or error message) accordingly.
