Symptom

  • After applying SAP Note No. 1796928, Error 'Initial access/process not valid S O' occurs while creating infotype Follow-Up Control Options at course type level.
  • Error 'Initial access/process not valid S N' occurs while creating infotype Follow-Up Control Options at course type level.
  • Not able to save Infotype 5047 for a course type due to error LSOPV697.
  • Cannot create Automatic Confirmation and Followup settings for a course type athough table V_LSOFUPROCESS can be saved with same options.
