2152551 - 4.x: Unable to connect to BI Platform from SAP Dashboards after installing a patch / Support pack on Citrix server

• The logon to BI Launchpad dialog box doesn't appear in SAP Dashboards
• The Enterprise option doesn't show in the Open from Platform window either.

• SAP Dashboards 4.x
• Citrix XenApp 6.5

1. Install a patch / Support Pack on top of an existing SAP Dashboards install
2. Launch SAP Dashboards
3. File > Log on To Platform
4. No dialog box pops up

• This might be caused by the presence of earlier Support Pack or Patch installed on that server machine

• Copy the following files from a working machine to the non-working machine:
