Importing the language part of the Support Packages (either via SMLT or report RSTLAN_IMPORT_OCS) for any installed language, program executionfails in disassemble phase with error:
Error 29 during extracting CAR archive <Package File Name>.tmp.CAR
Program ended with rc 29 - please execute RSTLAN_IMPORT_OCS again
If you scheduled the import in background, the job is named SAP-LANG-OCS-<Timestamp>, and the program started is RSTLAN_OCS_BTC as can be seen in SM37:
