2152699 - Changing the PI count is not possible for zero counts (when Zero Count box is checked in mobile device) in SAP Inventory Manager

Symptom

  • This is only a problem when the count is zero
  • In SAP the users can add a zero count under transaction MI20 but this cannot be done on the handheld device
  • A null value or no value is shown in the SAP backend after a count is made from the mobile device and when the zero count box is checked
  • In Inventory Manager 3.2, When the warehouse perform a physical count with the hand device MC67 Motorola it is not possible to change a count
