2153177 - Display UWL attachment count as a number

Symptom

After upgrading to newer NetWeaver releases, when accessing UWL the work items which have attachments display an icon rather than the attachment number:

In older releases, the attachment column displayed as a number, showing the actual number of attachments existing for each work item:

Due to a business requirement, you need to have the attachment count showing as number as it was the case in the older releases.
