You are the responsible for the Account, however, you are not able to Open the Sales Quotes which Belongs to the Same Account.

Try to open XYZ Sales Quotes which the employee responsible for the Account is the user.

1. Go to Sales Work center.
2. Click on Sales Quotes.
3. Select View all.
4. Select the Sales Quote which you are responsible for the Account.
5. The screen will show the following error: you are not authorized to view this Sales Quote.

 

Even if you are the responsible for the Account, it does not give you the authorization to view the Sales Quote

The authorization to view the Sales Quotes can be achieved by introducing a z-role like key account manager in Business Configuration with the responsibility flag set. Add this party role also to the quote and maintain the responsible user for the Account for the  role in the Account Management.
