2154490 - Purchase Order receipt, batch not sent - Inventory Manager 4.0

Symptom

  • Batch Managed Materials Good Receipt of a Purchase Order, Batch number can be entered in Inventory Manager 4.0, but is not passed back to SAP.
  • This has 2 implications:
    1. If there is no batch in the PO, then we get an error.
    2. If there is a batch in the PO, then whatever is entered in IM is ignored.

Assumption is that IM is not sending the batch back to SAP. Goods Issue to Reservation Cannot enter a batch on a Goods Issue to a Reservation. Field is display only. If the Reservation has no batch, then we get an error in IM.

There are no inputs in Inventory Manager about batch numbers.
