2154612 - "Last Updated On" dates in drill down reports

• The "Last Updated On" information in "User/Role Violations Management" drilldown reports shows date 01/01/1970 00:00:00.
  It is difficult to determine if the graphs contain current data when the date is not updated. Where does this date come from?
