2154625 - How to Disable a Panel - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

  • Previous panel is still displaying 
  • Need to disable the old panel.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Old panel is displaying in the workflow
  2. Need to disable the panel

Cause

Created a new panel with panel designer and need to replace existing panel from workflow.

Resolution

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Select Panels from dashboard
  3. Select Panels
  4. Select the Panel you wish to disable
  5. Click on the disable icon
  6. Click "ok" on the pop-up box to disable the panel.
