2154840 - Dump from Masterdata/RoadmapForm because of time constraint inconsistency

After saving some infotype changes from Masterdata Application (HRPAO_PAOM_MASTERDATA) or from a Roadmap Form the following error is received in the browser:

500 SAP Internal Server Error
ERROR: Inconsistent data exists in the database for infotype ____ for _______
(termination: RABAX_STATE)

And at the same time the following dump is triggered in the backend system, referring to class CL_HRPA_TIMECONSTRAINT.
