2155037 - Users are unable to change regional settings in Learning

As a Learning user, when checking the 'Options and Settings', the 'Locale and Time Zone' section cannot be modified

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Access Learning as an end user
2. Go to Options and Settings under the Quick Links tile
3. Locate 'Locale and Time Zone' section
4. The section is not able to be modified

1. Access Learning Administration
2. Proceed to System Administration > Application Administration > User Settings
3. Check the 'Allow Users to change Regional Information.'
4. Apply Settings

If this setting is checked, the LMS will always honor the user's choice of locale and timezone. This can have an effect on notifications or Class schedules. On the other hand, if you do not want your users to have the ability to change their Locale and/or Timezone, make sure this setting is unchecked.
