SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central



  1. In the Administration Tools ->Company Settings-> Employee Files->Manage Workflow Requests
  2. Enter the details under the search criteria as below requested for Mandy Miller by Emily Clark.
  3. Click on Take Action
  4. Click on one of the following Options:
    1. Add Another Approver
    2. Change Approver
    3. Remove Approver
  5. Changing the Approver here from Example User A to Example User B
  6. Likewise approvers can be added or removed
    • Added Approvers can only be Actual system users
    • They can not be Dynamic Roles
    • They can not be Dynamic Groups
  7. On this page the workflow can be decline and the status will change to Rejected. 


CAVEAT-  When you "Change Approver" - Only New Approver will receive the mail notification.
