2155712 - Security Warning in Excel when launching a query or workbook from BW system in AO

A query or a workbook is launched from the BW system (e.g. via transaction RAAOE). In Excel, the security warning below is shown:

"SECURITY WARNING Some active content has been disabled."

• SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office

The option "Require Application Add-ins to be signed by Trusted Publisher" is selected and the Add-in is not in the list of Trusted Publishers, in the Trust Center of Microsoft Excel.

OPTION #1:

1. Go to Excel File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Add-ins;
2. Uncheck the option “Require Application Add-ins to be signed by Trusted Publisher”.
   
   
   
   

OPTION #2:

1. Follow the instructions described in Microsoft Office's article Add, remove, or view a trusted publisher to add the add-in as Trusted Published.
