2155843 - Standard variant cannot be saved in some PD transactions

Symptom

The standard variant cannot be saved correctly in the following PD transactions.

  • PPPE_SEARCH_FOR_Q
  • PHAP_ADMIN
  • PHAP_ADMIN_PA
  • PHAP_SEARCH
  • PHAP_SEARCH_PA
  • PHAP_CHANGE
  • PHAP_CHANGE_PA

When the transaction code is re-entered and an attempt is made to retrieve the previously saved standard variant, the new standard variant is not listed in the dropdown.

Below screenshot is using transaction code PPPE_SEARCH_FOR_Q as an example.
