In System Monitoring grey metrics occur and you recieve one or more of the following errors:

  1. "No active Extractor(s) detected: SYSTEM = SID EXTENDED_CONTEXT =ST_PI" in the Monitoring UI
  2. Error "No Scheduling data available"
