2156298 - EApp Grid Rendering Issue for numberic fields with large number value

Symptom

For any editable EApp Grid if a rule/stem call is called to populate the grid with numeric values that are larger than 9.99M then the value returned back to the grid behind the masking will be in scientific notation. This is problematic since if the grid is re-saved after the
dirty flag is set then an exception will be thrown due to a field value like "3.5E7" trying to be saved for example.

Error message in logs:

Root Message: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Error converting data type nvarchar to numeric.
