2156376 - Document Routing Notification Tokens and Audit Trail Comments are not Being Translated to Local Language

Symptom

  • Document Routing Notification tokens are not being translated to the locale of the form recipient - they are appearing in English.
  • The System generated content from the [[DOC_COMMENT]] token such as "Skipped on behalf of", "Approved and routed on behalf of" and "System: auto-approved" from the Document routing notification appear in English regardless of the local language of the form recipient.
  • The Audit Trail Comments, such as "Approved and routed on behalf of" and "Document routed forward/backward", "Auto-routed overdue document" are not translated.
