2156777 - Result Row is Not Displaying on The Top of Table via Personalization

You are trying to configure the calculations row for a supplier account in order to see the totals at the top of the table via Personalization. But the result row is not displaying on the top of table.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Payables work center.
2. Go to the Suppliers view.
3. Go to the Supplier Accounts sub-view.
4. Go to the Trade Payables -> Invoices/Payments tab.
5. On the upper right corner of the screen, click Personalize.
6. Click This Screen.
7. Under Sections select Untitled Table.
8. Under Field Properties click Configure Calculations.
9. Select Column Name: Open Amount in Transaction Currency and Calculation: Sum.
10. Select the checkbox Display Result Rows at Top of Table.
11. Press OK.
12. Click Save on the Personalize menu.

You will see that even though Display Result Rows at Top of Table is flagged, when you come out of the Personalization mode, the row calculation line (yellow line) moves to the bottom of the screen.

As a workaround, you need to enter Personalization mode twice to display the sum on the top of table as shown in the below steps.

1. Go to the Payables work center.
2. Go to the Suppliers view.
3. Go to the Supplier Accounts sub-view.
4. Go to the Trade Payables -> Invoices/Payments tab.
5. On the upper right corner of the screen, click Personalize.
6. Click This Screen.
7. Under Sections select Untitled Table.
8. Under Field Properties click Configure Calculations.
9. Select Column Name: Open Amount in Transaction Currency and Calculation: Sum and press OK.
10. Save the changes and close the Personalize mode.
11. The calculation row (yellow row) should be at the bottom of the table.
12. Repeat the steps from 5 to 8.
13. Select the Column Name: Open Amount in Transaction Currency and select the checkbox Display Result Rows at Top of Table.
14. Press OK.
15. Click Save on the Personalize menu and close the Personalize screen.

The calculation row should remain on the top of the table now.
