2156926 - Cannot Create a Custom Approval Process for Purchase Orders.

You are trying to create a custom Approval Process, but the following error appears.

1. You can’t leave a condition field empty.
2. Impossible, block  instance /SRMAP/PUR_PO_APP

1. Go to Application User Management work center.
2. Click on Approval Process.
3. Search for Default Approval process for Purchase Order.
4. Click on it.
5. Error described will appear.

The error shown because the functionality is not scoped in the system.

To Scope the Activity in the Sytem, please follow the steps below.

1. Go to Business Configuration.
2. Click on Implementation Projects.
3. Click on Edit.
4. Go to Questions tab.
5. Drop down Purchasing.
6. Select Purchase Order.
7. Scope the question. Do you want to use an approval process for Purchase Orders?
8. Save
