2156947 - Notification is not triggered after rejecting a purchase requisition (Release Strategy) - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA.

Symptom

Release Strategy has been configured for purchase requisitions at header level (overall release). A workflow is triggered to the approver and when the purchase requisition is REJECTED, the creator does not receive any notification.
