Received error below when moving a candidate from one Applicant Status to the next:

Required information to be filled in by the other operators is required to proceed.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting

1. Log into and proxy as a Recruiter.
2. Navigate to a Job Requisition.
3. Select a candidate in the New Application Candidate status.
4. Move the candidate to the Interview Status.
5. Add comment 'Bring in for Onsite Interview'.
6. Click Save.

• The job requisition's required fields were updated after it was approved and posted in the career site.
• Once the job requisition is created/approved and it's posted on the Career Site, do not make any changes on the Requistion Page.
• The underlying requisition id should not be updated with any required fields so the issue is not encounter in the future.

1. Recreate the issue, noting the timestamp when the error occurs.
2. Please request for Recruiting Support to check the error message in Splunk, using the timestamp to see the specific field not being updated.
3. Inform the candidate to update the field in the application.
4. Once updated, the Recruiter should be able to move the candidate to next status.

Note: The job requisition's required fields should not be updated after it was approved and posted in the career site.
