2157277 - APD: Query fails or returns no data using RSCRM_BAPI/APD after 740 upgrade

Query execution using RSCRM_BAPI and/or APD with this query as data source is failing with below error after an upgrade to BW 7.4 on HANA.

The same query runs fine when using BEx Analyzer or transaction RSRT.

Symptom 1: "Error in BW: attribute has been overwritten" and "Error while getting data (AXI); redesign query"

In the indexserver trace you can find error messages such as:

cePlanExecutor.cpp(07150) : Error during Plan execution of model SAPBHD:0BW:BIA:BI0_0Q00000409__CS (-1), reason: A received argument has an invalid value;View attribute "0COSTELMNT_SID_ORG" was not found in schema: calcEngine search on olapIndex failed.

Symptom 2: APD with active partitioning returns no data

In the indexserver trace you can find error messages such as:
