Succession (Position-based nomination) adhoc report does not show incumbent without nominee

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Reports and click on Create adhoc report
- Select Succession (Position-based nomination) report
- Generate a report for the user/incumbent that does not have any nominee, but does have a position code
- The incumbent is not visible in the adhoc report alven though it is present in the Position file
Cause
Succession (Position-based nomination) report is designed not to show Incumbent without successors/nomination. This is how it is designed to work.
Resolution
- If you want to see Incumbents without nominees/successors in the adhoc report, then use another Succession adhoc report named Inclusive Succession (Position-based nomination) adhoc report
- This report is designed to show incumbents even though they don’t have nominees
