2157552 - Unable to publish data set from Lumira Desktop to Explorer

Symptom

When publishing a dataset from Lumira Desktop to Explorer Lumira exhibits one of these symptoms:

  1. The connecting messge is displayed and Lumira stays connecting indefinitely.
  2. An error is displayed or listed in the logging file that Current version  of Explorer is not supported. Minimal version supported is 14.0.4. Use a more recent version of Explorer. (HDB 05308)
