When performing an activity in learning the user/admin sees a validation error:

It may occur in different Learning areas during different processes.

• The main cause of this issue is clicking twice on an action button instead of once.
• This triggers the process to follow the same action twice and shows the Validation Error message.

1. Click the action button once and wait for confirmation/action from the system >
2. Do not use the BACK browser button. Use the PREVIOUS BUTTON >
3. Do not open multiple browser windows.
