Symptom

Importing profiles via RZ10 fails, the error message is:

  • You have no change authorization
    Message No. PF713
    Import log displays more details:
    You have no authorization to change and display profiles
    Could not be activated
  • Instance profile xxx
    Could not be read. The import is therefore not possible.
    Instance profile xxx
    Could not be read by file; Therefore could not be checked.
