Processing the activity of one user by another user

1. How to Delegate my activity to other managers for a brief period of time? User 1 is going on a vacation and wanted User2 to take care of the Onboarding activities assigned to User1.
2. I'm a manager and i'm going for vacation; I want someone to take care of the activities which is assigned to me.
3. I'm a manager and i was on vacation so i could not complete the activity. Now i don't know how to proceed with the acitivity.
4. Manager not avilable  or do not have access to the system to proceed with the activities

 

 

Legacy and Sucessfactors Onboarding

Delegate an Activity to another user:

1. Create a Delegation group in security tab
2. 
3. For the created group, Select the process , activity and monitoring steps
4. 
6. 
7. Add condition if any
8. 
10. Add User2 to the created delegation group
11. Search the candidate in the work queue and the activity will be assigned to the delegated user
12.
