2158296 - Custom Key Figures not Available for Data Source Creation

You are trying to create a custom data source using a data source that contains certain customized key figures, however, the customized key figures are not showing up for selection in the data source.

• SAP Business ByDesign
• SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Business Analyticswork center and access the view Design Data Sources.
2. Click on New and choose one of the two options: Combined Data Source or Joined Data Source.
3. On the Create Data Source screen, click on Add Data Source and select one of the data sources you want to use.
4. When you check the Key Figures for the selected data source, you will see that all customized key figures are not available.

As the key figures are created based on a specific data source, custom key figures are only available for the data source which they were created upon.

If you wish to have your customized key figures in a new custom data source, you will have to create the key figures in the new data source.
