2158903 - Not all data exported to CSV file format when using the webi RESTful web service SDK

Symptom

Using RESTful code as documented in the KBA 1917322 - How to export a Web intelligence report to .csv format using RestFul Webservices SDK?
The export is expected to show X number of rows of data.
The export results in fewer rows exported if using a Tab or comma delimiter
Using a semicolon delimiter returns all rows as expected
