2159349 - Attributes values are cleared during product change

Symptom

This KBA describes various problems where one or more of the following issues can be observed:

  • During a product change the attribute values are not transferred into the ISU system.
  • The bus_trans_msg bdoc contains not all attributes for the new time slice in segment ISU_CONT.
  • In the CRM WebUI a new contract is created and the configuration is loaded, but not all configuration values are maintained by the end user.

  • While product change in CRM WebUI the configuration values are not copied from the former product for the newly selected product.
