2159485 - Error V2418 "The header billing plan not available" when using BAPI_PO_CREATE1

Symptom

  • Business object LOG_MMFI_P2P is active.
  • When using the BAPI_PO_CREATE1 to create a framework order, you are getting the error V2418 - "The header billing plan is not available".
  • You have also tried to pass the invoice plan type "RT" to the BAPI, then you are getting a different error: SE751 - "Reference invoicing plan not a Purchasing invoicing plan".
