2159504 - SAP IQ Cockpit "Explore" tab shows broken icon

Symptom

  • In SAP IQ Cockpit SP08 PL01 after doing the set up for SAP IQ Cockpit, when you try to access Explore tab you may get a broken icon:

  • In /sybase/IQ_16/COCKPIT/log/gateway.log you can find the following error:

2015-04-06 16:49:31,487 [ERROR] [module.ProductModuleServlet                  ] [scc-ui::17425] - Failed to process the ProductModule request "com.sybase.ua.plugins.sccmap,4.0.8,assets/locale/en_US_CMAP.swf".
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: The SCC MBean "AgentPlugin:name=com.sybase.ua.plugins.sccmap_4.0.8_1" was not found.
