2159519 - "User is missing credentials for connecting to alias..." on UWL due to incorrect trust setup [VIDEO]

Symptom

When trying to register a system within UWL, an error similar to the following is returned:

(Connector) :com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl.connect.ConnectorException:Tue Mar 17 17:41:01 EDT 2015
(Connector) :com.sap.portal.connectivity.destinations.PortalDestinationsServiceException:User is missing credentials for connecting to alias <system_alias>. Contact your system administrator.
