2159820 - Object Based Navigation editor issue

When you go to an iView or page which is expected to be an OBN target and open the Object-Based Navigation tab, nothing is listed in the table. Instead, the following error appears:
“while trying to invoke the method java.lang.Object.toString() of an object returned from java.util.Map.get(java.lang.Object)”

Nevertheless when you try to add an operation to the iView through right click on the operation → add operation to target, the notification for successful execution appears:

When you refresh the iView and open the Object-Based Navigation tab again, the table is empty as before adding.
