2159858 - "New Sales Quote for Contract" is Missing in New Business Work Center

You want to create a New Sales Quote for Contract but it is missing in the Common Tasks in New Business work center.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the New Business work center.
2. Go to the Common Tasks view.

Here you are not able to select the New Sales Quotes for Contract.

In Business Configuration, Selling Products and Services the Materials in Customer Contracts element is not scoped.

Please Note that users with the Access Rights to the view Clearing Runs (FIN_CLEARINGRUNSAR ) in Receivables will have the New Sales Quotes for Contract option available also if Materials in Customer Contracts is not in scope.

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to Implementation Projects view.
3. Click the Edit Project Scope button.
4. In step 3 Scoping expand Sales -> Customer Product and Service Portfolio for Sales.
5. Here you have to mark the Sell Standard Products.
6. In step 4 Questions expand Sales -> Selling Products and Services -> Customer Contracts.
7. Here you have to mark the question "Do you want to work with materials in contracts?".
8. And Save it.

 Now you are able to select the New Sales Quote for Contract in New Business work center.
