Job Scheduler fails to start with following error:

Error: 12308, Severity: 21, State: 7
Internal error : Invalid row id (Row %, Page %) encountered in the table % in the database %.
Job Scheduler: Exception 3602 raised.
js__excute: Job Scheduler got exception for execution token 1
Job Scheduler failed to "CLEAN JS_CALLOUTS"
Job Scheduler Task failed to initialize
Job Scheduler Task state set to stop
Job Scheduler Task was not stopped by a Task shutdown request
