2160057 - Could not attach to shared pool Controls

Symptom

After switching the JVM from third party to SAP JVM, the Java Application Server(AS Java) fails to start with similar errors in the dev_server0 log:

***ERROR (heapManager.cpp:250): HeapManager::attach_heaps: Could not attach to shared pool Controls::init: Could not attach to heaps. Maybe no VMs are running but old shared memory segments are still available. Use cleanipc to remove old shared memory segments. ***ERROR (jvmEnv.cpp:138): VMCOs::init: Initialization of the control area failed ***ERROR (thread.cpp:4127): VMCOs::init failed *** ERROR => JHVM_LoadJavaVM: Cannot create Java VM (rc=-1) [jhvmxx_mt.c  688] *** ERROR => Cannot load Java VM (server) (rc=-1) [jlnchxxi_mt. 836]
