2160113 - Incorrect Job Scheduler sequencer version found within 'sybmgmtdb' - SAP ASE for Business Suite

• After ASE upgrade, you cannot start the Job Scheduler.
• Following error can be found in the ASE errorlog:

kernel  Job Scheduler can not operate, Expected %, Actual %
kernel  Job Scheduler failed installing its required sequencer code.
kernel  Job Scheduler Task failed to initialize
kernel  Job Scheduler Task state set to stop
kernel  Job Scheduler Task was not stopped by a Task shutdown request
kernel  Job Scheduler exhausted max js restart attempts 3. Try restarting it manually with sp_sjobcontrol
