2160206 - Location Information Not Populating - I9 Verification Process

Symptom

  • The location is not available in the dropdown during the I9 Verification Step
  • Corporate Structure relations are not setup

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to SuccessFactors Onboarding
  2. Click on I-9 Process
    • Company = SAP
    • Division = SAP-DIV1
  3. NO selection for "Location"  is available (showing <empty>)

Cause

The Corporate Structure field is missing the Parent-child relationship.

Resolution

  1. Verify that Location exist in Corporate Structure
    • Go to Reference Files / Corporatate Structue
    • Click on Location:

2. Click on SAP-DEPT1
3. Click Relations
4. Note there is currently no relation defined

  1. To Set the Relation:
    • Click Relations
    • Add Relations
    • Highlight "SAP-DIV1
    • Click "Select"
    • Click "SUBMIT"

  1. Click on Process
  2. Click on I9 Verification Process
  3. Company = SAP
  4. Division = SAP-DIV1
  5. Location = SAP-DEPT1 should now be available to select
