"Hire Date cannot be in the future" error generated by either the User Connector or the User Connector - SF

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Create a User - or User SF connector input file containing users with hire dates in the future
2. Run the Connector
3. Notice the exception in the detailed run report
   
   

By default SuccessFactors Learning does not allow hire dates in the future.

1. Review LMS ADMIN configuration file:

1. Navigate to Learning Administration > System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > LMS_ADMIN
2. Click in the icon to edit
3. Change the property allowFutureHireDates from false to true
4. Apply Changes

2. Review CONNECTOR configuration file. Check if there is any transform rule enabled which could have an impact of the Hire Date value being processed in the connector file.
