2160607 - "Hire Date cannot be in the future" error when running User or User Connector - SF

"Hire Date cannot be in the future" error message is seen after running either the User Connector or the User Connector - SF.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Create a User or User SF connector input file containing users with hire dates in the future >
2. Run the Connector >
3. When checking the results, notice the error message: "Hire Date Cannot be in the Future".

By default, SAP SuccessFactors Learning does not allow hire dates in the future.

1. Review the LMS_ADMIN configuration file:

1. Navigate to Learning Administration > System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > LMS_ADMIN >
2. Click in the icon to edit >
3. Change the property allowFutureHireDates from false to true >
4. Apply Changes.

2. Review CONNECTOR configuration file. Check if there is any transform rule enabled which could have an impact of the Hire Date value being processed in the connector file.
